Peach Daiquairis

Makes approximately four 6 oz. drinks

  • 3 peaches, peeled and chopped
  • ¾ cup rum (measure according to your taste/desired strength)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice


Blanch the peaches in boiling water and then drop into cold water. Peel. Chop peaches into large chunks. Freeze partially.

Combine the sugar, lime juice and rum in the blender. Add frozen peaches in batches, ensuring they are blending. Add additional rum, lime juice and/or ice if needed and blend until desired consistency and taste.
