Our vegetables and herbs are naturally grown, meaning there are no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We do not certify, due to the cost, but we adhere strictly to organic standards.
Radishes, slad greens, Swiss chard, arugula, kale and the like are available starting in late April or May.
June: cherries, peas, and the last of the cool season crops.
July: beets, cucumbers, summer squash, sweet corn, and early tomatoes.
August: Most of the July crops, plus garlic, onions, potatoes, mid and late season tomatoes (including most heirloom varieties), melons, peaches, and pears.
September and October: Apples, Tomatoes, corn, onions, potatoes, the last of the peaches, pumpkins and winter squash, apples, and fall harvest of many of our cool weather crops.
